Yesterday marked one hundred days of writing — one post a day — in my Strategic Alignment Journal. A quiet milestone, but one I want to celebrate, because I have a habit of downplaying what I am doing and focusing instead, like I did this morning, on everything I haven’t done yet.
So today, I’m celebrating the simple truth that I have shown up — every single day.
Beneath everything I do runs a constant desire to share what I’m learning, often in real time, and to teach. Most mornings begin with reading — letting ideas percolate. Sometimes a spark lands quickly; sometimes it lingers until evening. Regardless of when it arrives, I write.
That rhythm — whether early, mid-morning, or after dark — has become an alignment practice of its own.
These posts aren’t polished essays. They’re living notes — fragments of what I’m learning, what’s challenging me, and what’s awakening me to deeper truths. Writing is how I process, how I teach, and how I make sense of the world.
So today, I’m pausing to honour what these hundred days represent: a commitment to learning in public, to showing up with curiosity, and to trusting that each spark — no matter when it comes — is worth sharing.
Strategic Reflection Prompt:
What daily act connects you back to yourself — not because you have to do it, but because it keeps you aligned with who you are?
About Giselle
I’m Giselle Hudson, a Pre-Decision Sensemaker for leaders under pressure. I work with CEOs, Executive Directors, Founders, and senior decision-makers navigating expansion, restructuring, or high-stakes decisions where misdiagnosis compounds risk.
My role is simple: I help you clarify what’s actually driving the situation before you act — so intervention is proportional, authority is preserved, and unnecessary escalation is avoided.
If you are carrying a decision that affects income, reputation, or organizational stability, do not escalate it alone.
