I’ve always been curious about how people make sense of important moments…long before the outcome is known and definitely before the story has been cleaned up.
The situation is still unfolding….decisions are still being made and uncertainty is an ever present companion.
The Hudson Spotlight Series™ is a collection of conversations with leaders, founders, professionals, creatives, and change-makers across Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean and the world at large.
The stories are different. The questions are often the same.

I am less interested in outcomes than I am in how people arrived at them. The moments before the decision often reveal more than the result itself.

The answers are often as interesting as the story itself.
