Success, however you define it, is achievable. The superheroes we often worship, (celebrities, icons, elite athletes, billionaires) are imperfect, although we sometimes have difficulty believing this, mostly because we don’t always get their entire story but know this: Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. EVERYONE STRUGGLES!

What I’ve found is that you do not succeed because you have no weaknesses. You succeed because you find your unique abilities and focus on developing everything around that.

You have something unique and special that wants to be born through you, and only you can bring it forward. No one else can create from your perspective or with your unique ability.

When we’re so close to our uniqueness, it makes it difficult to appreciate those things that come so naturally to us. We tend to believe that everyone can do the same things we can. This is simply not true.

I am telling these stories to inspire, teach and encourage action in those of you who continue to doubt your own expertise.
