Growing up, we would see broadcasts from televangelist Oral Roberts. I don’t remember much of what was in that hour with Roberts except at the end of each hour he would look straight into the audience in TV land and say “and remember something GOOD is going to happen to you!” Good was emphasized almost sound like ‘gerd’ but you got the point.

I thought about that this morning as I contemplated the start of another day.

What if we lived with this expectation – looking out for something good to happen in our lives everyday?

As we mosey on into Christmas and into a New Year it is my wish that we all look for and expect GOOD in our lives. What we look for – we’re sure to find!
