Not because it works for you makes it right!

I’m struggling with this right now – my world – the world according to Giselle.

Isn’t that how it is for most of us?

Our frame of reference, beliefs, conditionings over long stretches of time create what we call our truth and we lock into and live by those truths religiously hoping that the rest of the world will understand and follow.

Not so.

I’m taking up Pema Chodron’s challenge…

“If your everyday practice is to open all your emotions to all the people you meet, to all the situations you encounter without closing down, trusting that you can do that , then you will understand the teachings that anyone has ever taught.”

I am surrounded by lessons – help me to see all – and learn from them.
