This is where I think in public.
Most posts begin with something that catches my attention:
- A conversation.
- An event
- A decision
- A leadership challenge – pattern repeat, opportunity, plateau or identity
- A headline
- A line from a book…a movie…or an episode in a series
The Strategic Alignment Journal is where I explore leadership, decision-making, business, relationships, assumptions, and the often complicated process of making sense of things before acting on them.
Some observations become ideas…some ideas become questions…some questions change the way I see a situation entirely.
This is not a collection of answers. It’s a record of inquiry.
If that sounds interesting, welcome.
