The topics change. The question usually stays the same:

The Strategic Alignment Journal is where I explore leadership, decision-making, business, relationships, assumptions, and the often complicated process of making sense of things before acting on them.
Some observations become ideas…some ideas become questions…some questions change the way I see a situation entirely.
